If you’re pushing your body and exhausting your mind just to get through the week, you’re in the right place.
I offer a shame-free space to slow down, move with care, and build a practice that actually fits your life -- through yoga, Pilates, reflective writing and meditation. This is for capable, sensitive humans who carry a lot and need somewhere to put it down.
You don’t need fixing.

ONLINE + IN-PERSONS CLASSES
I offer online + in person classes in both individual and group modalities, designed to meet you where you are. Sessions draw from Pilates, yoga, meditation, and myofascial release techniques, with pacing and feedback that respond to how you're actually feeling. Some days that means guided movement and clear physical cues. Other days it's pausing, breathing, or allowing the body to soften and reorganize.
You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or explanation. We start with what's present. Over time, many clients feel steadier in their bodies, more confident in their movement, and supported in a way that carries beyond the studio.
