In-person offerings

I adjust our practice in real time, using props and clear guidance based on what’s actually showing up that day. It’s about sharing space and responding in the moment. I offer both 1:1 sessions and group classes.


1:1 sessions are more focused and personal, with space for detailed feedback and pacing that’s tailored to you. Group classes carry the energy of moving alongside others, where shared rhythm and community shape the experience. Each offers a different way of working together.

This work is grounded in being together in real time, where subtle shifts can be noticed and supported as they happen.


Sessions draw from Pilates, yoga, meditation, and myofascial release techniques, with pacing and feedback that respond to how you’re actually feeling. Some days that means guided movement and clear physical cues. Other days it’s pausing, breathing, or allowing the body to soften and reorganize.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or explanation. We start with what’s present. Over time, many clients feel steadier in their bodies, more confident in their movement, and supported in a way that carries beyond the studio.
