I offer a small, trusted menu of practices designed to meet you where you are.
Instead of scrolling, comparing, or wondering if you’re choosing “the right thing,” you can start with how you feel and move from there.
BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING
1:1 Clarity & Alignment Session
This is a one-time session to slow down and get oriented before choosing what’s right for you.
We’ll talk, reflect, and gently move or practice rest. Rather than choosing something because it feels urgent or appealing in the moment, we’ll consider what kind of practice actually fits your capacity right now — calm or energy, alone or together.
You’ll leave knowing where to begin.
